801 Slip-on / exhaust list

As I don't want to to melt the indicator again, I will add a shorter than stock (and removable) db-killer...

This sounds great, I would love to hear this under load. I’ve heard the Remis exhaust riding and it nice, can only imagine what this is like!

Trying to find differences from the IXIL and the IXRACE which was mentioned previously (made by the same company). Apparently they are identical, not the same price though.

Ixrace are the non legal versions where you easily can remove both the db-killers.

Is there anything new with the map from HSQ? I bought Arrow slip-on, but they have full system available.

I was sure, that I have seen complete system, but looks like there is only a decat from Arrow. Anyway I would like to have at least it.

There is a full system that will fit. I have the header pipes but with the Akra. I kept the CAT

And the was no need to have a new map? What about O2 sensors? No "engine failere" icon on displey?

Here's my ixil exhaust i purchased direct fit for svartpilen 801. I left db killer in idk even how to remove it tbh, but I liked the sound the way it is so I didn't fool with db killer. Definitely not too loud, for me its just right its not annoying to the neighbors but has enough volume and pops on decel to give the bike the character/sound it ahoyldve had from the factory.

Sounds great! Perfect amount of rumble for suburbia. Does make me interested to hear it without the DB killer though.. haha. What a nice place to go cruising too, your dog was really hoping you didn’t forget him!

Yeah I may eventually do a recording for it without db killer, I was just satisfied with it in and been super busy with other stuff. And yeah Tanner (our dog) loves riding, thats like his favorite thing in the world to do ha ha

Hey guys,

I’m finally been given the go ahead from Wifey to trade the 401 in for the 801. The exhaust debacle for the 801 grows daily in my head. Due to a hefty fine from the local government for holding my phone whilst driving ($1300) my exhaust savings have been sucked dry. Does anyone know if the KTM 790 link pipe will fit the purpose? Am thinking Ali express may be up there in my
Options for exhaust cans with a homemade bracket.
Thoughts appreciated!

If funds are tight why not modify the standard exhaust. @Tom has all the info on his post.
