801 Slip-on / exhaust list

I’m amazed you think it isn’t much louder than stock and that you’re disappointed. I think it’s significantly louder and more importantly has an incredible deep and throaty sound. I couldn’t be happier. I have the homologated version where the baffle is welded in and honestly, unlike every other pipe I’ve owned (and I’ve owned many) - I wouldn’t even consider removing it because the sound is perfect. If it was any louder it would be unpleasant to ride for anything longer than five minutes.
Could you share a Sound clip? The one on the website of Leovince is quite underwhelming

I recently installed the LeoVince LV14 Titanium. After a lot of research this one checked all my wishes: Lightweight, a clean adventure aesthetic, a carbon endcap to protect my luggage and a darker sound. DB killer is fixed, but could be easily removed with a tool.

Some ps paint schemes of the customized slip-on made from the aftermarket 800NK exhaust and the aftermarket muffler.
In my opinion the proportions and the lines fit the 801 quite nicely; and I like the complete black indeed very much...

Hi, please would you have more photos of how you removed the DB killer? I also have an Akrap 5+ and I'm desperate.

Don't expect too much from the Akrapovic; most people were quite disappointed of the sound; because of the Euro 5+ regulations most street legal exhaust are nearly identical.
But it's possible to remove the db-killer; it's just spot-welded underneath the cap; and without or with a shortened db-killer the sound seems to be nice.

@Funis , that´s my exhaust in the photo. You need to remove the carbon end cap first. Then you can drill out the spot weld that holds the DB killer in place and pull it out. You can just see the spot weld in the photo.

Thanks for the reply. So it's not just a smaller long tube that's being released? But the whole oval?
