The stock exhaust with the completely removed db-killer was quite "reverberating"; especially at higher rpms; with the short custom made db-killer it's less loud and more raspy; it's perfect to me; I would guess it'll be quite similar with the Remus.

Looking at getting an affordable Slip on for my incoming Svartpilen 801, anyone got any feedback on the IXil Race Extreme , especially the sound over stock ?
AFAIK, it's the most notorious upgrade from all of the available slip-ons. Just keep in mind it's the cheapest because it's not homologated, which could be an issue (or not
) depending on where you live.If you wanna keep it on the homologated side, your best option would be the Leo Vince. If you don't mind it, the IXIL will make you roar.

There's a lot of cheap duke 790 ones on Aliexpress you could try without too much risk.|

But honestly you aren't really going to affect the sound that much without deleting the giant resonator box in the mid pipe.

Do you have a sound clip of this slip on with the bike? I'm really tempted to buy the black version as it's below €500,- here in NL and the lines are very nice. Also, there is a small piece of me that appreciates the heritage with the LeoVince for Nuda.
Also, @loki_ have you checked if it's easy to remove the spot weld from the DB killer for the homologated version?
