Recommend keeping a written log of everything you do that is not cosmetic. Hopefully, that way, when you start having problems you can point back to a specific time and event that you did in order to troubleshoot.

FYI. Vit computers HATE after market electricals. Even as minor as LED vs. incandescent bulbs. If you start throwing codes or have quick shifter failures, this is likely the cause.

Have you added ANY non-oem parts to the bike? Mine was doing this and it was traced by the dealer back to non-oem LED turn signals. I know, sounds crazy but that was it.

Go to the dealer and have them make the QS work correctly?

You will need to shim the shaft not the gap in the lever, to tighten things up. Take the lever off. Expand the gap a little with a flat screw driver. Add a wrap or two of aluminum foil around the shaft. Reinstall the lever. I know its a bodge, but it works.

Soaking it with WD40 overnight will get a glued on sticker to come off. What's underneath? No clue.
