Why dont you utilize the same mounting hole and make an extender plate? Extender plate bolts to the existing hole and rearset bolts to the extender plate using a TAP.

No problem - sorry about calling these crash bars lol. The sliders are way better looking that their hideous crashbars. My opinion, I do like their products but man, the KTM one is heaps better looking.
