Yes, the Arrow set has a mid pipe with a chamber that replaced the cat. I haven’t felt any need for a Power Commander. No popping on decel. No surging. No flat spots. I’m still very happy with my setup.

^^^^this^^^^^ I also had to use one of those pulley pullers to get the gear off the shaft. You’ll want a good torque wrench when reinstalling that nut.

I’d say go with a 15t front to start. It’s a cheap and easy change. Then adjust the rear sprocket as you feel is necessary. I ended up with a 15t front and kept the OEM 40t on the rear.

I believe the bulge is a tuning feature to regulate back pressure and sound pulses. I have the Arrow because they put some thought and r&d into their design vs a straight through pipe.

Hopefully they’ll reimburse those of us who already paid for a fix.

No. It’s what the owner’s manual says about break-in max rpm. 6000rpm for the first 620 miles, and 7800rpm after 620 miles.

Under the break-in info in the manual, it says to limit the rpm to 7800 after the initial 620 mile service. But in magazine road tests, it lists max hp as 75 at 8500 rpm. And in the rpm warning light settings, it shows 8000 for rpm1 and 9000 for rpm2. Can someone tell me what the “official”...
