Yes, the Arrow set has a mid pipe with a chamber that replaced the cat. I haven’t felt any need for a Power Commander. No popping on decel. No surging. No flat spots. I’m still very happy with my setup.

I’ve been riding on a plugged stock tire for miles. The dealer (good guy) actually recommended it over selling me a new tire.

Removing the airbox lid is a performance mod when you do the fuel dongle, etc.

I’m using a CRG Arrow on my Svartpilen.

I used the Evotech radiator guard on mine. Easy to install and looks good to me. Bought it from Rottweiler.

^^^^this^^^^^ I also had to use one of those pulley pullers to get the gear off the shaft. You’ll want a good torque wrench when reinstalling that nut.

I’d say go with a 15t front to start. It’s a cheap and easy change. Then adjust the rear sprocket as you feel is necessary. I ended up with a 15t front and kept the OEM 40t on the rear.

I believe the bulge is a tuning feature to regulate back pressure and sound pulses. I have the Arrow because they put some thought and r&d into their design vs a straight through pipe.

Hopefully they’ll reimburse those of us who already paid for a fix.

Yeah, I received my recall letter in the mail too. Since I have installed a tail tidy, I filed the letter away for safe keeping.
