Out of curiosity I've just ordered this full titanium Duke 790/890 exhaust and will give it a try...

Yes; it's supposed to be real titanium; and from the weight on the scale it should be.

Did you try the 790 exhaust @Tom ?
No idea why, but up to now it still hasn't arrived.

Edit: Today I just got a notification that it should be delivered tomorrow; it would be a month after placing the (express shipping) order...

Today I just got the next notification; it couldn't be delivered as it was sent to the wrong address / house number; it's now back on the way to the seller; to china... 😤 😡 🤬

Edit: I've now cancelled the order. (n)

Hello everyone!
I've been a lurker here for the past 2 years.
Bought my Svart 401 in 2024 and I just upgraded to my new VITPILEN 801 in February!

I'm looking for an exhaust, I've read through several threads now and feel like my best bet would be to settle for an Arrow IndyRace Evo.

Ixil like @yonsson sounds great, but I really like the bigger size of the Arrow and the look of the stock exhaust.

I was wondering if the Vit 801 truly has the same chassis, that way a Svart exhaust could easily fit on my Vit too.

I'm open to more suggestions, tips and advice!

I'm based in Italy if that matters.
I also make content over on Instagram (reels) and YouTube (cinematic content/ vlogs) in Italy.
Look up Heximus.exe if you're interested!

Thank you everyone!

Hi and welcome to the forum. Exhausts are mainly down to personal preference. I have the Akra. The Vit and Svart are the same chassis wise. just different suspension settings for the road based Vitpilen and headlight/mudguard etc There is a lot of information as to what fits exhaust wise on the forum.
Enjoy your bike

Thanks mate!

Yeah I've seen multiple exhausts tbh and I just can't decide on one
How is your Akra suiting you?
From what I've seen and heard, the sound doesn't stray far from the stock one :/

For the sake of keeping my warranty intact (camshafts I'm looking at you 👀) I will not touch the ECU or Decat.
So unfortunately slip on it is :(

Thanks for the info on the chassis, as soon as I can find someone with decent audio for the Arrow I'll decide.

GrMoto from UK also have a lot of listings for the 801, but I cannot find any audio/video of it :(
Have a great day and thanks for welcoming me!

With the decibel killer removed it’s a nice sound. I wouldn’t want it any louder 😉 I also have the Arrow headers/ Coober/K&N.
Just need an improvement in the weather in Andalusia to ride now.

For more options most Duke 790 exhausts will fit. I'm running a Black Widow slip on. Sounds decent but not massively different from stock. TBH, I think the stock exhaust looks great, when I ge tround to it, I may put it back on with the db killer chopped out.

Here's mine:

I have the Arrow and love the sound. With the DB killer still in, it’s really surprisingly loud (can’t imagine how loud it must be without it). The best part is that the note is very very deep and it’s still legal. Also most pipes look bad either the dbkiller fitted but the Arrow looks good because it’s recessed so the pipe looks open. I highly recommend

As per reply below - can’t imagine how loud it must be!! I’d like to try it just to hear it. How did you grind off the welds holding it in?
Did u get your bike mapped or are you using a stock Coober map? Results ?

Cheers !

Tbh, it´s not that loud. Just a little deeper than stock. If you remove the end cap you can access the socket button screw that is tack welded in place that secures the Db killer. it´s easy then to grind off the weld. Using the stock Coober map. the bike runs a lot smoother with no hesitation associated with the Euro 5+ setup. The bike runs very clean/smooth now at small throttle openings which it didn´t before.

Ah sorry. I thought you had the Arrow like I do. I re-read your post and see it’s the Akra.
