Badwinners Dash - Anybody Who Preordered has Received?

I would have definitely ordered a dash before now, but the almost universal stories of poor customer service have kept the cash in my pocket.

Dash is basically rubbish, condensation under touch screen, some random faults etc, at this point I'm waiting months to get another replacement or my money back but BW stop responding to emails so... who knows, i would not do any shopping there unless you like to be scamed.

FWIW I am not a fan of BW (see previous posts), but the operation of the dash has been solid. I have complaints about some design aspects and several other topics, but besides having to wait forever to receive it and then having to immediately send it back for reprogramming, the actual operation and functionality of the dash has been good. Given the choice to start over and do it again, absolutely not.
 
So mine was replaced twice, and every single one of them had some different issues, besides condensation, gear or speed info going stupid, hi beam icon won't work, same with one of indicators, starting issues and so on. So 3 out of 3 was faulty.
 
My instinct from the start told me not to purchase this unit from them, and I actually purchased it, then cancelled since the wait was so long. Then impulsively purchased it again later in the year after seeing their new video and the updates to the interface. Thankfully, my exp hasn't been as bad as yours Ayzen. Bummer that it has been that bad. Again, pointing out that BW's customer service is bottom tier. Expect problems.

i was happy with my dash, but now it gets freeze when i start the bike, does anybody know something. I contaced BW today, we will see when they tell me something.

Same as ayzen's. The never did respond to him, me, or a bunch of other people. Good luck.
 
What is series?. Legally there's probably not much anyone can do. I don't recall a warranty ever being mentioned on their site. Plus most of us aren't in France .a Facebook group was started to get a bunch of us collectively. But still ignored. One guy tried to reverse the charge on his credit card. They only answered him back threatening legal action. Then no further replies. Technically if you received product then reversing charges is fraud. So I don't know what became of that . I'm trying to get mine fixed stateside thru electronics repair place .

what should i say, they answered tue second day. They told me to unplug the dash. You probably know trat part. So today i tried it, unpluged it, then turn on ignition and wait 10 sec, then turned off and plugged in. Now it works perfectly. What should i say surprise
