801 owners club

Beautiful! Congratulations ✌🏽
Can you upload an audio of the sound of the REMUS exhaust, for my svartpilen I'm thinking of putting the REMUS to improve the sound of the exhaust.
If you'll google for " Husqvarna 801 Remus sound ", you'll find some sound clips. ;)

Thanks, i am out of home for some days.
As soon as i could i will let you know with a video
But you have to think about we are talking of a twin paralel engine and the sound will never be as exciting as a triple/four cilinder engine

After my first km ride with my new lovely 801, I found that I have a bad sensation by braking... I think there is something wrong with the brake disks. Even by low speed, it feels like the ABS is always in function. There is no smooth feeling in the braking. Always a hard point comming with the same frequence.

I read that someone there bent the discs and changed them under warranty

This is a well known issue for 801 and Duke 790/890 that brake rotors are not perfectly aligned with the hub. You should have this fixed under warranty

Hi! How is the view with the mirrors down, surely the style is very bad but on my former 401 I couldn't see anything because the arms covered the view, maybe with the 801 which is bigger it's better?
Better than on the 401 but still not perfect. It would be much better if it was like the KTM mirrors, comming more under the handlebar but when you are fully turning left and right, it would touch the tank fairing

I understand, in fact I ordered my dealer to mount the mirrors and the carbon windshield, but with the mirrors up

First try on 10km German highway didn't ended well 🤣

The completely removed db-killer of the Akrapovic indeed doesn't help to reduce the heat to the tip of the turn signal... Just saying...
Addionally your French registration plates are quite wide; and with the Topblock tail tidy the turn signals are mounted significantly further apart than necessary (according to the EU-regulations 18cm between the "lighting parts" of the turn signals).
