Agree! I'm still also very impressed of the 3M wrap; to me it was kind of an experiment; before I started, I feared it might become an absolute disaster with the quite challanging form of the covers; but instead it worked absolutely fine; and I can indeed highly recomend the 3M wrap.

Does anyone else find the indicator switch a bit far away?

Maybe I have small thumbs, but I keep missing it, cant find it without looking when im riding.

And I have to change my grip and move my hand to indicate.

Yes me too! It's further away than my fireblade, I miss it sometimes too

An update on this. I ordered the center stand.

If you are expecting SW Motech-levels of installation accuracy you will not find it. Unless I have a one-off left side foot peg mount this system DOES NOT FIT as shipped. It took a couple hours of install, removal, modify, repeat to get it to work. In the end I machined out a 3mmx3mm groove in order to get it to fit correctly:



That is the only pic I have, it was actually even more involved than that. It is entirely possible to follow their directions and install this system but it will wind up making that left side mount not sit flush against the frame and that is sketchy as hell.

Also, you will notice that in their pic they have their ugly underbelly pan on a Vitpilen. That is because the stock pan has to have a very large section cut out of it on the right side and a smaller (~15mm) notch cut out on the left. There is no mention of this anywhere on their website or instructions (which is a video to install it on a KTM 790 duke).

In the end I got it to work and it is solid, but a serious heads-up if you don't have access to carbide cutting instruments and want to install this. I still have to figure out what to do about the belly pan. The angle of the pic makes the retracted stand look like it hangs way down, it doesn't, it is tucked up nicely.

Husq factory welded the fuel tank slightly off centered. Bought the bike 2 years ago when it came out and husq hasnt come up with a solution yet. My dealer contacted them multiple times. Dealer tolled me they have to install a whole new fuel tank.

A bit annoying because i cant use the tank bag like this.

Mine is also slightly offset (second pic).
The dealer also wanted to replace it under warranty; but the new gas tank he received from KTM/Husqvarna was even worse...
