These LC4 engines in the Vit & Svart bikes are really pretty special. Much more so than another parallel twin. Why do you think Ducati started building singles again (albeit with less torque)?

Only the LC8’s (Parallel Twin) powered bikes need extended warranties. Those engines are reportedly eating their camshafts and damaging the heads. 790’s & 890’s both included.

They can leak from the service oil filter points, particularly if you reuse the aluminum gasket washers. Just spray it and wipe it clean and inspect the service areas after a test ride for any oil residue. That’s where they can “leak”.
