Well this pic is from a few years ago, just the first one I could find - been through a number of engine top end rebuilds, new 4LS front brakes etc. He's been building (and rebuilding) this bike for years...I like that bike.
P.s. the first thing that popped into my mind after reading "helping out" and seeing the missing chain: Will Fredfrenzy he helping out his buddy with the very custom "no chain bike" by pushing it around the track?
Yeah, that with the pushing was just a silly thought. He's been building (and rebuilding) this bike for years...
If you are out this way the Moto Talbot motorcycle museum in Carmel Valley Village is open again. Has some new bikes in the collection - include a very nice Norvin. I got a lot of attention with the Vit - they all came out of the museum asking what the heck is that....actually thanked me for bringing it by.....funny that. Given the few that made it to the US, going keep happening.Yeah, that with the pushing was just a silly thought.
Although the idea of a 701 at Laguna Seca is pretty cool, I bet there are way more people who WISH they were allowed to take their vintage track bike out at places like Carmel Valley.
I thought Pairodice was a place in California, that place looks fun for bikes too though.View attachment 2069

I was just at paradise on the 27th, couldn’t take the bike though and I was regretting it every smooth turn after smooth turn.View attachment 2069
