Just picked up my Vitpilen forks today from Brooks suspension in West Yorkshire, UK. Lucky for me, they are on 5 miles away from where I live !
As you can see in the pictures, I have had the stanchions coated, ( Titanium Nitride ) New seals and bushes were also fitted at the sometime, the internal are Nitron TVT Cartridges .
The fork internals had to go off to Nitron so that they could match up the cartridge bottoms to the for leg, this means that Nitron now have the fitment details for the Vitpilen 701 forks.
Also ready to go onto the bike is the Nitron R3 Shock, all to be fitted to the bike over the weekend and then hope for some decent weather to go out and test the new toys.
I have already noticed the difference in the forks just compressing them off of the bike, there was next to no difference in the old forks when adjusting the the compression and rebound knobs.
A big thank you goes out to Brooks Suspension and Nitron for getting everything together.
