New to Hqvadventure

Hi. I'm going to get a 2024 Svartpilen. I'm in love with the look of it and it gets great reviews everywhere, literally not 1 bad review! I have never ridden a motorcycle though. I have a 4 day novice course coming in late June. I plan to buy myself a gift for passing. I have 1 more road test to do after but I'll have a motorcycle to practice on.

You just reminded me about my gift to myself for passing the course and starting my riding career decades ago: an excellent helmet, paying a couple hundred more than I originally intended.

Not being thrifty on gear is a wise investment. You’re more comfortable, feel safer, it lasts longer… spending closer to my limit of affordability has been worth it every time.
