Metal shavings in oil

Hello everyone!
Today, in preparation for a track day at the end of the month, I decided to flush the oil even though it wasn’t that old (~1000 km, with ~8h on track).
This is my 4th oil change. I bought the bike 4 years ago at 11,000 km, and it’s now at 22,000 km.
My oil screens and filters have always been quite clean, just like on my previous 990, which I sold at 90,000 km.
But today, I found this on one of my oil screens:

I made a mistake by throwing away those chips before checking if they were magnetic, but the magnet on the flushing bolt was perfectly clean.
The other screen and the two filters were also very clean.
The bike runs great, with no abnormal noise—though it’s still a big KTM single with a lot of valve train and clutch noise.
Any idea where this might come from?
Thanks!

No idea what they are, or where they came from, but I had the same scales come out of mine at about 6,300 miles (around 10,000 km).
In my case, they were not magnetic and were also present on only one screen (Left side), but I can't really tell if that was the first time those were in the oil, since all the previous services were done at a dealer.
I flushed the engine with new oil until it came out completely clear and put it back together. Changed the oil again after 2,000 km and did not see any more scales.

Edit: Check my post if you want to see the pictures I got from mine.

Thanks for your answers!
@LuisLAN , that seems pretty close to what I got. How many miles did you get since?
I have also read almost half the internet about shavings on KTM screens 🤯. On similar situation, the conclusion went from "your engine is dead" to "normal life of a KTM".
I have finished the maintenance with the valve clearance check, on the top end everything was looking okay.
Tomorrow I will try to go to the dealer to seek an advice, and I will buy gaskets for alternator and clutch cover in order to see if there is anything strange.
It seems the last reasonable steps for a well cared engine without abnormal noises at only 22000km.

I'm at 12k miles now. So almost as many miles as it had when it happened.
I was worried about, and thought about getting it to a dealer, but the only way to know what's up with certainty is to open up the engine. So I just left it alone, if it breaks I will have to get it fixed anyways so... 🤷🏽

Ultimately it's up to you, what I just told you is my own experience and I don't know how your situation will develop. Get a quote and decide. In the mean time what I will suggest if you decide to keep riding it, is to drain the oil again after you put a few hundred miles on it.
