From your picture the protractor is in the wrong place. Once the bike starts leaning, let's say to the right, the center of the contact patch of the tire continues to move right or up the tire. In your picture you should move the protractor a few centimeters to the right so it is in the middle of the contact patch of the tire. This will reduce the lean angle but will be more accurate.According to the protractor, 57°
