According to the protractor, 57°
1/4 inch between the peg and the floor.
Stock Rearsets with HQV Racing Pegs. (Which are much longer than my actual racing pegs...)

From your picture the protractor is in the wrong place. Once the bike starts leaning, let's say to the right, the center of the contact patch of the tire continues to move right or up the tire. In your picture you should move the protractor a few centimeters to the right so it is in the middle of the contact patch of the tire. This will reduce the lean angle but will be more accurate.
 
I lined up the little lines indicating angle with the angle the tire was at.

I just thought it to be humourous to take a pic of my bike laying down while I did work on it.
