Issues fixed under warranty

Just back from the warranty repair to my front sprocket oil seal. Fingers crossed this one works.
Btw, it's common knowledge within the Husqvarna service department that there are a batch of faulty front sprocket oil seals out there. Some of which are being used in repair jobs like mine and failing. So keep an eye on them.

How much lemon juice is it loosing? Can you describe it or show a pic?

I also have a minor oil leak in that area. When I check it after a ride, I have a thin layer of fresh oil on my finger. I don't know if the categorizes as "sweating". My dealer knows about the problem, he didn't change the front sprocket oil seal at the first service but I'll keep an eye on it.

Yes please do. It's a common fault, they know about it. That oil is damn expensive to lose. Get them to repair it if you can. Good luck . No lemon juice pics sorry. 🤣

Insist on getting it changed. It won't magically get better and is a known issue as documented on this thread by several owners (including me!)

It's a bit strange, but it seems the first production line of the 801 is more reliable than the later ones; mine was delivered end of July 2024; and up to now (apart from the minor quality issues upon delivery) no major issues.
