It was a joke . As in dance to their own tune. Meaning they don't care what other people (customers ) think of them. I agree with dw about the customer service. You send a bulletin stating all preorders will be filled by Jan 10. Nope . I emailed and was told my order would ship last week. Nope. Now I'm told this week. We shall see. I understand COVID related delays. But if you tell me personally my order will ship this week then when it doesn't and I have to email you 3 times for you to tell me mabey this week. Then I get annoyed. They might be frustrated answering emails. But I think customers who have paid and waited almost a year. Would have priority. I paid in Feb. I had to be one of the first. Why am I getting mine later. At least I'm not alone in my frustration. Okay rant over. I'm glad to somebody else has dash (unless freddie is sokah then I will be mad again .)
