Hello from a wonderfully muddy UK right now.
Problem is the new 701 enduro I have bought has issues, so I'm not riding like I should.
I need to scratch a few brains cleverer than mine!
Has anyone had issues with a fault code F3 ECU. I know these codes can be pretty generic and the bike has been back at the dealership 3 times to replace dash and clutch switch, diagnostis etc. The problem is definitely quick shift, ecu, clutch, wiring related. The local dealership, like many in the UK has closed last month along with 3 others near me.
I'm under warranty but I'll need to travel now to get the bike plugged into Husky headquarters........so I guess the bigger question is, is Husqvarna in trouble, are OEM parts so badly made now with Pierrer Group cut backs that a dealership will just fit the same shit again so nothing changes. Do I void the warranty and get into making my own repairs.?
Any experience would be appreciated. When it runs I love this bike, it has such great potential. I'm not sure I trust Husqvarna / KTM dealerships as a brand anymore to keep me on the trails. Are mobile workshops the future?
Cheers for any input.
