Yes, trail braking is the practice of reducing braking forces as lean angle increases as there is only so much one can ask from their tires.
Not so sure however that I am in favor of losing the art of manually blipping and downshifting when damn hard on the brakes like when riding my Honda RC51/SP2. You actually have to “untrain” your brain when switching to the auto-blipper of the Vit. All good fun though!
