I don't mind the Casio style either, it's clear enough for me with the info I need :) Only real gripe I have with it is how it's mounted on the Svart. It looks much better on the Vit.

I wonder if the difference might be the sideplate plastics that go around the rear subframe on the Svart. I've taken that off on mine, and there's probably more room for routing straps under the sides of the passenger seat now. Never tried myself, but it just struck me as a possible reason why...

I really appreciate the effort you put into this, that display really sticks out in a bad way. Designing some kind of fairing would be great, but I think it will be hard coming up with something that in itself doesn't stick out just as much as the display itself since it's mounted so high up and...

It looks a bit too sturdy to just divert air over the tire, so perhaps there's some downforce to be gained there.... quite fascinating if that is the purpose, getting enough clean air in that location that it makes a noticeable difference.

Got a sneak peek at the new colours a week before Christmas. My local dealer had already received images of them and gave me a quick look whilst fixing the paperwork for my 701. Both the Vit and the Svart look really great in their new colours (y) Hopefully we'll see them in the showroom soon.
