Sure, but that is for functional carbon fiber, which is generally ugly as hell. They didn't get that gloss without using epoxy.

I forgot the details of it until I saw that pic above. Ceramic coating or not on the exhaust pipe, that carbon fiber cap over the passenger seat will absolutely not take that heat. That bike has never run.

I'm going to say that that custom version, killer looking, is not actually usable. I had a Ducati in the 90s with underseat exhaust and there was a ton of heat insulation under the seat to manage it. I was still barely usable when it got over 80 F. I'm still waiting to see anyone actually get...

Do you have speakers in your helmet? There is a small circular dongle that goes on a handlebar that gives simple directions, don't remember what it is called. Between that and voice guidance from google maps in your ears you should be covered. Edit: look up Beeline moto.

I don't know what stuff costs where you are, but Shorai have been very good to me and are very light.

It is 100% worth it, but you have to be ok with fabricating stuff. The consistency is so much better and it is an even lighter pull. There are details in other threads regarding what I had to do - make your own cable kit to fix the length, different mount for the slave cylinder.

I'm still stock, just removed it as a test so that we have an answer to this question. Still undecided if I'm keeping this, might move to an 801 Vitpilen if they offer wire wheels as an accessory.

The fuel injector for a 400cc bike must be awfully small. Wouldn't take much to clog it or get it to stick in the open position.

I don't have pics, but I can say the screens were clear this time. The oil definitely had the shimmer of metal in it but much finer than the first round. I think these engines are just machined close and they let the rings do the final machining. I'm at 1200 miles now. I won't do it again...

For the amount of effort involved it might just be easier to swap it :)

You did the hard part. Check continuity from the R/R to the battery, if that is good it sounds like the R/R died.

That really is so much better. I keep telling myself I will turn one out of aluminum on the lathe but just being dark makes a huge difference. Link?
