Not real worried, that's what filters are for. Rather find it here than caught in an oil galley later.Yeah fairly common but that looks like alot..
Plastic maybe, not metal.Don't look normal to me. What is that string (stringy) material on the filter? Is it metal? Any of the other pieces metallic?
Not saying there is anything bad there but typically (even at first service) there is not a bunch of crud in the filter. Maybe it is just sloppy assembly practices by Husqvarna India.
This is 100% normal for these bikes. I've only ever had yamaha's and almost puked when I did my first oil change. I'm not saying it is ok, just that it is normalDon't look normal to me. What is that string (stringy) material on the filter? Is it metal? Any of the other pieces metallic?

Could you post pics of the filters and report your thoughts on the condition of the oil after this change please. Just curious, thanks. This is 100% normal for these bikes. I've only ever had yamaha's and almost puked when I did my first oil change. I'm not saying it is ok, just that it is normal
I did my first change at 500 miles and will do my second at 1200 miles this weekend.
I suppose you don't get any History on those bikes so it's difficult to know when (or if) the oil was changed. I'd try not to worry too much and just assure you are maintaining them well.I just changed the oil and filter on my 2022 svartpilen 401 salvaged stollen recovered with 5200 miles on it. The bike had broken levers, footpegs, foot brake and locks. £1,150 plus £350 to replace parts. The oil was dark grey/black and the filters looked just like the ones in your pictures. This had me so concerned yesterday that I started listening to all the engine noises wondering .....is this how it should sound ?. I tried comparison with my svart. 2003 125 which was also a stollen recovered salvage buy at a total cost parts etc. £2050 with 1030 miles . This bike I've had for over a year and love. I am about to change the clean in fact ,golden oil and will let you know what I find in the filters.
I know how you feel about taking pics. That’s the last thing I’m thinking about whilst doing an oil change. Trying to remember all the screens and ‘o’rings and plugs and stuff is enough for my ageing brain. I did mine (Motul 7100) a couple of months ago at 3000 miles and it was a dark reddish brown. I figured it is running very rich due to the Fuel X lite, pretty clear of shimmer though so hopefully not suffering from me ringing its neck everywhere.I don't have pics, but I can say the screens were clear this time. The oil definitely had the shimmer of metal in it but much finer than the first round. I think these engines are just machined close and they let the rings do the final machining. I'm at 1200 miles now. I won't do it again until 3k, I'm sure it is fine.
