Anyone have charging issues? Officially stumped

After killing two batteries in one month I decided there must be an issue with my (2021 Vitpilen 401) charging system. I tested the battery voltage at 5k RPM and confirmed it was not charging. I checked the stator wires and had 0.5 ohms in 1-2,1-3, and 2-3, so all good there. I checked each stator wire against the ground, and the insulation was good. I also ran a dynamic stator test and had 70-85 volts on each wire at 5k RPM.

I'm officially stumped. The stator seems good. Stator wires seem good. Battery is good. I guess this leaves the regulator rectifier? Anybody ever run into similar issue?

You did the hard part. Check continuity from the R/R to the battery, if that is good it sounds like the R/R died.
Is this the diode test? My thought process right now is stator wires good and battery good, so it must be R/R because thats the only thing inbetween those two things. How do I test without just replacing?

For the amount of effort involved it might just be easier to swap it :)
problem is i didnt know what to swap, at this point its gotta be the R/R so just checkin if im missing anything before i do that. not lookin forward to running those wires through everything

Put a voltmeter across the battery with the engine running and check both DC voltage and AC voltage.

DC Voltage should be 13.5 - 14.x volts

AC voltage should be less than 50mV. That's millivolts. If much higher (could even be 30V plus) then a diode or 2 is gone in the rectifier.

They fail but I haven't heard anything about the Husky unit, I assume we share with the 390 Duke.
