nope, i guess it depends on the track and host of the event. some do fly by measurements, some do "near field measurements"..
it's kinda hard when you race in a championship on different tracks and every tracks has it's own measurement method
98 db without killer isn't loud. I bet with Killer you are making those 95db.
Is this a general law for racetracks in france?
Maybe you are lucky and the measurement just test the exhaust..
