You'll get used to it. FactoryPro Shift kit helped a lot with this problem. With their spring an lever, you will get a bit more feedback from the shifter.

The recalibration job helped a little, but it still wasn't perfect. The strange thing is that the more you ride the bike, the better the quickshifter works. At least it was for me.

@Actionabe after doing some searching , I found out that the front lowers of the Vitpilen 701 fork legs are the same as Svartpilen 701 ones. So I might use the same setup as yours for the front fork. I must dig further 😁

After asking you I realized there are a lot of differences between Svartpilen and Vitpilen. I think the only thing I figured out is that I could use the 790 Adventure hub. But, the 790 Adventure spokes are thicker than the Svartpilen 701 so I either find another compatible rim or somehow work...

Is it ok to just block the hoses for deleting the SAS system? I don't want to completely remove it for now, just to test something. So I was wondering if I could just block the two hoses(the one from airbox and the one from engine itself).

Hi guys, After searching a lot for an aftermarket exhaust for the Svartpilen 701, I didn't find anything I liked. So, at the end of last season, I decided to keep the stock exhaust, which I think looks the best, and remove the DB killer. The result was perfect in terms of exhaust sound. However...
