Two garages with a flat above? Cheap electric power?Came across Doel, a small Belgian village on the doorstep of a nuclear power station.
According to Wikipedia the Town had about 18 people living there at the end of 2019.
Most of the buildings are abandoned, boarded shut and full of graffiti.

It's mostly a tourist attraction nowadays. It still has a pub/chip shop that's still open. And there was an ice cream van, so I may have bought myself an ice cream to cool down a little

I just did a quick search, apparantely the place is abandoned because the port bought most of the houses to make room for another container terminal.
So I don't think you can still buy a property there.
You really wouldn't want to anyway. The place is a mess!

Been mostly shaking down my new Multistrada , but took the Husky out for a blast and ended up in some of the burned out parts from the CRUZ lightening fire....pretty stark with all the fire blackend trees...

Found some dirt! Just a couple miles of dirt road. The washboard ripples are very tough on the bike, but when the path is smooth its easy.
A pretty hairpin.
