What are these plugs/screws?

Bottom of motor above cat.
Chasing down oil leak and saw these and was just curious.

They are caps, check if engine oil is dripping and check the tightness every now and then

Oh just caps? So im not messing with any tension stuff for transmission etc by fiddling with these? If that's the case I'll give them a check. I think they are weeping.
