The Vit and Svart are far from porky little bikes as standard, but it is still surprisingly easy to shed some extra weight.

I have managed to shave just over 20lbs from mine, mostly by replacing the exhaust system (the stock system is shockingly heavy and the cat shrouds are just ridiculous) swapping the battery for a Noco Lithium version and taking off any parts I really don't need. Would have been even more but I have added a bit of crash protection.

How much have you lost and how did you lose it?

I've held the cat shrouds in my hands and think they are actually quite light and they bolt directly to the cat, so no brackets. The cat itself is very heavy.

There are some carbon replacements available.

I like the look with the shrouds. Without the bike has some similarity with

Remove SAS
Remove charcoal canister
Lithium battery
Remove passenger pegs/brackets
Replace passenger seat with the plastic cover
Remove opossum scraper
remove airbox lid (every ounce counts!)

That should bring the ready to roll weight down to around 350lbs

Are you OK with the extra weight & rotational weight of the stainless spoked wheels over the cast wheels?

As far as I remember he is already running a 17" SuMo front wheel.
