vitpilen 701 tank cover remove problem

Hi i'm gonna wrap my tank cover.... but i cannot remove 8mm bolts marked in photo.
bolts are easily turn.(almost zero torque...) but, i can't pull a bolt out.
how can I remove that bolts? is that bolts has special way to pull out? PLZ help me guys

and, somebody can share a service manual? I can't find it.

I haven't removed those particular bolts. But in general those inserts are pressed or glued into the plastic tank. Having the bond between the inserts and plastic break is not that uncommon ( usually caused by someone previously using to much torque) you can try pulling up on the panel or stick something underneath to pry up panel. Basically you want to put pressure on insert to keep it from spinning. If you haven't tried a small battery powered impact driver on reverse try that first/ in conjunction with pressure.
