Turn Signals for Svartpilen Outside of North America?? -- They look so much cleaner and not droopy lol

Hey, just FYI, if you haven't ordered yet, GreenlandMX actually has a deal now which can actually be applied to OEM parts (usually promo codes don't work for this).

https://www.greenlandmx.com/int/en/husqvarna_right__turn_signal/28114026000.html, there's one of the lights. Plug the other numbers in the search. Keep in mind, that when I ordered, it was challenging because if you choose rest of the world or something, GreenlandMX wont list the LED lights as available...

PROMO CODE IS: 23GMX10

I create an account in rest of the world, then sign out and add everything to cart in the url above, then login and checkout. I can't say it's the same now...maybe they've fixed it.

Anyway, they are about 5 euros cheaper than everyone and with that discount it's about 7 euros cheaper (like 30% less than other stores).

Thanks for sending that information and the promo code. I emailed both companies and GreenlandMX has gotten back saying they ship to the US. So this will work out perfectly!

Thanks for sending that information and the promo code. I emailed both companieGreenland MX had much better pricing by about $75 USD and the discount code that you sent saved me $12 USD! Thanks for sending that information over as it was a nice perk to get some additional savings:-)

I got the turn signals installed. The backs were very easy to install but the front was a little more difficult. As people have stated here, the front you need to take off the odometer and the headlight.

The issue that I had though was the odometer connection has four nuts: 2 attached to the frame and two that are held in place by rubber grommets. Unfortunately the grommet on one side came out and when reinstalled it was just free turning. So i couldn’t get the one side to tighten. After looking at the design I realized the only option to fix it was to take off the other grommet/nut and run a large bolt through the bracket that connected both sides with just one large Through-bolt. Luckily I have a ton of stainless bolts/nuts from working on my boat that I have one that fit. After it was installed I think it was actually a better way to mount the odometer. I’ll send a picture of what I’m talking about.

Anyway, the new turn signals are sooo much better! They look fantastic and are much brighter. Thanks for all the help from this string as it was invaluable.

Cool man, glad it helped someone. Btw, prolly nothing you did with the odometer mounting issue. I can tell you that from the factory my Svart had issues with those mounts for the odometer. I experienced this early on because I have the Puig windscreen for the Svart 401.

I think the factory tightens those bolts waaaaay to much and actually strips the rubber nut. They are actually well nuts if you’re interested.

I now just keep them on hand as they’re used as insulators. I.E. they probably provide a bit of cushion for the odometer. Dunno though. My windscreen is mounted with these well nuts too. They simply wear out.

You could order form your KTM/Husky dealer or just order from fortnine or Revzilla or something.

Thanks for that information. I’m sure those well nuts reduce the vibration on the odometer. I also have a windscreen and the hole/nut/bolt don’t line up precisely when trying to fit them together, possibly why it failed. I’ll order some of those just because I like to put it back the way it was intended. It’s been raining out so I don’t have pics but I’ll share when it’s nicer weather. Thanks again!

Well, they're not that expensive from KTM/Husky either so you could just order from the dealer. I have both KTM/Husky version and Puig. I can't determine which is better or will last longer. I feel like KTM one may have more rubber in the formula. You should be good with either though. Can't remember the pricing, KTM may actually be cheaper.

One thing that I was going to add is that the GreenlandMX.com people were really great to work with. I emailed them questions and they were very responsive, no problem getting these to the US. Shipping was to be expected for something overseas but not crazy high. I’d recommend them when buying these hard to find items.

Yup. I agree. Out of all the places they responded to my emails. Some didn't even bother (even though they said they ship worldwide). And DHL (at least for me) is always very good...others may differ. I feel their fees are usually pretty okay and you're right shipping wasn't too bad.

I actually ordered all my farkle parts from GreenlandMX. Like the billet alumimum bits Husqvarna sells. Brake cover, timing bolt cover (whatever it is), oil filter cover, rear brake peg, gear foot lever peg...all pricing wasn't too expensive and cheaper than anywhere.

Let me tell you though. rear brake peg and foot gear lever peg were a PITA to do. Like mental hard. They seem to LOAD UP RED LOCTITE on those things like you wouldn't believe. I know u can heat RED loctite but didn't wanna chance discolouring stuff. Buuuut, I do pefer the firmness of the aluminum on my brake peg and gear lever. Both of mine, the rubber was really starting to wear down.

I had some nice small amazon turn signals... but I just broke one by hitting it with my heavy boots while dismounting. Sigh.

Somehow I had trouble decoding that.. my mistake!
I have a relay, as I have had LED blinkers already.
I just broke broke one by hitting it with my heavy boots while dismounting. I could replace just that one, but decided to try the stock euro ones.

Ah, okay. As long as your sure the relay is the same…which it prolly is I imagine.

Make sure you order 2 of each. They are not sold as a pair (at least they weren’t for me)

Are the stalks on these flexible? Or are they "snap right off when you smash them with your heavy boots getting off the bike"?

Lol/ well they have rubber base. How flexible? I can’t say. I try not to hit them with my heavy boots haha. I would say not as flexible as the original North American ones that came on the bike.

I just put on the Husqvarna euro LED signals to replace my ebay no-name units.
Some tips:
- As far as I can tell the left and right side blinkers are identical, except for the connector color. If you have trouble obtaining a "left" or "right" it might be worth just getting the available side.
- If your blinkers don't flash and stay on, it is likely the polarity of the relay. Try swapping the relay pins or wires. With a factory relay and blinkers, you probably won't have this problem, but aftermarket ones can be wired differently.
- the factory led blinkers are not flexible... don't expect this to survive a tip over or kick from a big boot.
- the front blinkers remain a pain to install, because you have to remove the headlight assembly.
