The guy only did the injection mapping. He told me that the ignition map was useless for these engines.
Do you have an opinion ?

I would say depends on your fuel.

And those 2hp between your actual 76 and my presumable 78 could be your tire pressure or chain lube or how much you cuddled with your bike on that day....
 
I completely agree and I do not give much importance to the value in the absolute.
The goal is to have a well-tuned AFR for the engine configuration (the opening intermediate values are also important).
That’s why I wonder about the ignition map.
 
With race fuel and more ignition advance you could probably gain marginally more.
These engines don’t have a knock sensor connected to the ECU. Going to the limits without could be a risky task…
