Tire changes...

I've been using a similar machine for a while now. (changed 3 tires with it)
They make swapping tires so easy!
I use this one:

Yep, I looked at that one too (but they didn’t ship to the US). Looks like they copied the one I linked, or the other way around.

MAX, That looks a great setup, now you got me thinking I NEED ONE LOL... I hate giving unmarked/undamaged wheels to the dealer and crossing my fingers they will come back in a similar state, and in a former life, I was a car tyre shop manager and fitter, an super fussy/ocd with it...
Thanks for the info :)

I do my dirt bike with levers on the ground. I suck at it, but I get it done. I figure I should do it that way so I can do it in the desert if I have to...
But I'm really curious about this tool!

I used to do all my tires like that. Flat on the ground using two or three spoons. But I noticed taking the tires off on the Vit is quite a challenge with just spoons. The rim bead is very shallow and it's just too easy to scratch the rim in the heat of the moment. And it always takes me longer than planned, especially taking them off.

I looked at that too, and it may actually work on dirtbike wheels. I don't think it will work on sports bike tires. Agreed.

Gotta agree with Wanderer, I may have to look it up considering how adeptly the change profesionalists remove the paint from my wheels, and for the same price as only changing the tire... hard to believe they can stay in business giving away free services at today's wages...

So put in both together, and its about 200 bucks.
So after 12k miles worth of tire changes you can start saving cash moneys
It’s a bit more than 200 bucks, but it saves me the charges from a shop. And I can do it whenever I want, don’t have to drive up and down to a shop. Buy tires online and have them shipped home.

It’s very much the convenience for me.
