Svartpilen 801 Inbound !

Finally took the plunge today and ordered myself a Svartpilen 801, having bar end mirrors, rad protector, and hopefully an Ixil Slip-On. Should be picking up in a fortnight. Will post pics once collected.
I may add the carbon screen and headlamp protector, but I'm trying to exercise some self restraint 🤣
Just one question, has anyone fitted a screen protector on the TFT ? if so how good and where from.

Picked up my 801 on Monday, only done a brief ride ( about 50 miles ) and loved it. Weather has been crappy since 😢 Only niggle is the mesh on the intakes under the seat have some minor deformations in them but I noticed that there were some new bikes in the showroom which had similar deformations, not worth complaining about probably, anyone else noticed the issue ?

Congratulations on your purchase! I've also noticed the same detail in some new motorcycles at the dealership, I think it's an assembly defect I've manipulated the bike, I hope mine doesn't have it, I'm also so picky in details 😅

I think they could be reshaped but it would mean removing the panel to do it. Perhaps if I was able to ride it I would think less about the issue 😂
