Hi! Just wanted to share with you a couple of laps on MotorLand Aragon with my little arrow :) Twisted parts are really fun and I kind of catch some cautius rider on his R6 , so not that bad! Hope you like it!

182 kph is 113 mph, impressive!
185km/h is the Top speed I had with this Svart at main straight sector on Montmeló racing track, but I didn't record it 😅.
Every time I remember this is a 373 cc and around 40hp engine, and also that this is a pure naked bike, it's indeed quite impressive.

Nice. I thought my 150 km/h was top speed...I stand corrected, lol. Any mods? Not that I wanna do any, just curious.

My valves were wait outta spec, so I just did that job myself...pretty easy, so maybe it'll go a bit faster lol. 150 km/h total fine for me, I don't go to the track with it so already breaking the rules. haha

ah just saw the vid said mods....i dunno what a boosterplug is. Do you happen to know what your top speed was before any mods? Did you try it at the track before?

Ei Hi. I have to say 185 km/h is the speedometer lecture. Most of the times the speed is slower on everybike if you mesure it with a GPS. In any case out of the track very rarely I go faster than 120-130 as it's not very confortable.
The mods I have are basically to improve the air flux on the system so:
  • K&N air filter (much faster response to the throttle)
  • Leovince manifold (Massive weight reduction and different power curve that takes little advantage at high revs. Also... Loving sound)
  • BoosterPlug (it's essentially a bypass on the electronic of the bike to regulate the air flux. This is the first thing I installed. Plug&Play, really easy. It completelly smooths the sharp touch of the throttle when going slow on the city, which makes the bike quite more usable)

Hello

What is a Booster Plug ? Do you have a picture or reference where to find it ?

Same fore the LeoVince manifold

Thanks

Sure!
The manifold is the "Leovince 8086"
Official Leovince Site - https://www.leovince.com/es-es/product/8086-cat-eliminator-link-pipe-ktm-duke-390-2017-2020-2
I found it much cheaper looking for the reference online. I remember to pay something around 140€.

The BoosterPlug is, as commented on the other message, a little change on the electronics of the bike that changes the fuel injection, essentially putting more air on the fuel mix, making the feel of the throttle smoother at very low revs.
Official BosterPlug site - https://www.boosterplug.com/shop/husqvarna-vitpilen-and-97c1.html
This is the reference for the first Svartpilen 401 model, as it's Euro4, and the last version is Euro5, so de injection setup is a bit differrent and the setup of the BoosterPlug is also different.

Hope the info is usefull.
Cheers

Manifold = Catalytic converter eliminator
BoosterPlug = FuelX

Are you using to original stock muffler?

yup. that's what i got out of it too. However, they also say BoosterPlug not available for 2020 and newer. So FuelX would be the only option.

Yes, I'm using the stock muffler. IMO it's basically the best option on the market as all the others are really noisy as soon as you change the air flux which for me is a must.

Also, the leoVince manifold is not just a decat part, as it completely changes the resonator chamber and modifies de air flux changing quite a bit the power curve. I can compare as I also have the arrow decat part that preserves the original chamber, which is quite heavy in comparation.
