svartpilen 401 fuelx problems

i recently installed the fuelx pro+ on my 22 svart and since then ive had a few problems
1. quickshifter stopped working, i have only one hqv dealer where i live and they wont check the bike unless i remove the fuelx.
2. bike now starts in gear without pulling the clutch
3.when i slow down to a stop the bike sometimes shuts off

As much as a pain as it might be, I would uninstalled the fuelx and see if any of your problems remain. The clutch thing certainly doesn't sound like something a piggyback could screw up.

Number 2 explains number 1. The quickshifter will be disengaged while the clutch switch is closed. It sounds that your clutch switch is always closed because you could start it in gear without physically pulling the clutch lever.
I would check the clutch switch first. But the the black white comparison with back to stock is the cleanest start of such a diagnosis.
