Thank you for taking the time to help me with this.
However, that is not the cat. I think that pipe slips over the cat.
If measuring that part, then I'm looking for the ID on the end that attaches to the cat.
I apologize if I keep insisting on the specific measurements, bit I'm trying to buy or have made a turndown tip to replace the muffler.

That's ok. I appreciate your intention to help with the first measurement you provided.
Just to be clear, my intention was never to make anyone go out of their way to answer my question, but I asked anyways because I figured that if anyone already knew the answer there was a chance that they would be participants in this forum.

I have an extra Arrows muffler in the garage I could measure when I get back home today. If it's the diameter of the end of that pipe where it attaches to the underbelly cat that you're talking about
