Spanner Nut on Swingarm

Context: I'm doing an engine swap. My 701 is the donor, my Duke 690 the recipient. Don't panic, it's temporary, just to get me through 2 race weekends on the 690.

Here's the question: What tool is available to loosen the Spanner Nut that centers the swingarm in the chassis?

All the commercially available (Motion Pro, etc.) tools I've found are too large. Does KTM have a special tool? Does anyone have a Husqvarna Service Manual so I could look up the tool part number?

These tools are usually measured by their Internal Diameter. The smallest one I can find is from Motion Pro and it's 20mm on the ID.

For reference the ID of the nut is 17mm. The OD of the tool can be no larger than 22.5mm or it will foul the threads in the frame.

The real bummer: That part looks like a special order from Austria, and can be ordered through US dealers for $93 plus special shipping. $93!

Looks like I'll try to order from an EU vendor or convince someone to let me borrow it. I made a tool myself, but didn't harden it before using so now it's bent.

I made something similar for my triumph, had to grind down a 24er nut..
Some guys at the KTM forum just hammer it out with a ?punch tool?.. sorry don't know the right word for it
 
@bartiger It's definitely harder to get the proper torque with a hammer and punch!

The tool I made was pretty clever; It was made of two sockets, one slipped inside the ID to center the tool and the other was shaped with 4 teeth to fit the grooves in the spanner nut. Once the outer socket was shaped on the band saw and finished to size with a hand file it was slipped over the inner socket and the two were epoxied together. It should be enough to re-assemble what I have apart, but I doubt it will hold up to freeing another motor.
