Source for lower footpegs or swapping to Duke setup to reduce leg pain?

I love this bike, 800-1000 KM a week at the moment. But the footpeg position is killing me. Lots of hobbling around in the morning, I do have fairly long legs so that isn't helping(6'2) and neither are old injuries. As much as I'm loving the riding position in traffic and tight roads, this isn't going to be viable especially for longer trips. I either need to find a way to dial in the position, or sell the bike and I really don't want to do that, I love everything else about it. I have already installed bar risers, and it helps but isn't the full solution.
Bought a set of adjustable pegs for $100, but they're sized to fit the 701 Enduro, so I'm going to have to get them welded up, re-drilled and the face machined to fit or return them. I'm hesitating on doing that vs just swapping entirely to a 2016 Duke factory mounting position where the legs are right on the frame, about 5" forward of current position. It would also entail swapping the break and gear levers, but they are relatively cheaply available aftermarket, and the whole activity should cost less than just a set of fancy lowered footpegs like the PivotPegz at $300+

I may put crash bars and highway pegs, but I'd still prefer to do something about the stock position. Even an inch lower will help, with the bar risers I"m also considering adding some cushion to the seat, which would open up the spacing a bit more as well.
