My 2022 401 svartpilen started to jolt in 1st gear as I accelerated through about 4000 revs. Almost like the power was completely cut for a split second. Not like a misfire. I did briefly have a "quickshifter failure" message which went away after a power off/on. The husky service centre thought therefore it was a quickshifter software problem, so disabled that completely. It seemed to fix the problem but now I've noticed it happening in 2nd and 3rd when accelerating. Anybody heard of a similar thing? I'm at 7000Km after 8 months since new.

No, sorry.

Fixed by a visit to Fraser motorcycles where they adjusted the quickshifter settings - in software. Even though my foot was nowhere near the shifter

Mine has been exhibiting the same problem since new. I thought it just needs break-in as the bike has only clocked about 1500kms. I might pop the bike over to the dealer and share your story with them. By the way does yours shut off the engine while downshifting/rolling back throttle? That’s another headache mine has been giving me.

Yes, mine does switch off now and again in same conditions. From what I've read, a lot of other people get it too. Just blip the throttle on the way down through the gears

Oh man I'm missing my good old 2010 Kawasaki ER6N which was sold to help funding the purchase of this one. Never gave me any dramas and always butter smooth to ride despite its weight and size. 😭

I've got 2800 miles on my '22 Vit after a full year of ownership.

I had neither problem, quick shifter or stalling.

I've had a few false neutrals but I think it was my fault.

Finding neutral has vastly improved.

Good on ya, buddy! Wish you many many safe and happy miles ahead! (y)(y)

(Meanwhile, just discovered the oil leaking from my little gem with only 1500kms. Hooray! o_O)
