Personally i have no need to try this kit cos i wear boots and my shifting is always measured but from what I've read it works to varying degrees....depending on bike make/ bike model and owner style, riding experience, etc etc.
Mix and match of OEM spring/ Rott spring and ceramic bearing/steel bearing is also a contributing factor.
Expensive in my country for what it is, but it's handy to know things like this exist.
