Just arrived in the post after a 6 week wait. First impressions - looks fantastic but really loud.
To be honest the website does state that it's for racing use only but my desire to have one made me overlook that statement.
The benefit is that I now ride very sensibly through the city.IMG_0741.jpeg

¡Este escape se ve muy bien en esta bicicleta!
Su bicicleta también parece estar a la altura.
¿Puedes poner más fotos para ver tu diseño?
This exhaust looks great on this bike!
His bike also seems to be up to the task.
Can you put more photos to see your design?

The shape & size looks pretty good, especially with those graphics.

You mentioned the sound, does it have any db killers?

I've only used the bike once since changing the silencer and that was through the city.
As mentioned at the top the noise was a bit surprising so I didn't open it too wide.
Doesn't seem too different - although feels faster due to sounding like an F16 taking off.
Will hopefully have a proper ride tomorrow and provide more feedback.

congratulations auger, you have a beautiful motorcycle!
You will already comment on the power and if it is too noisy for a long outing.
By the way, I don't know if it's indiscretion, but what is the price?

I followed the link and found the specifics.

If at one point it seems too loud there are cone db killers that go in the mid-pipe with no power reduction, so no worries.

Savage, that would be good news. I looked on the SC website and could only find the DB killers that plug into other mufflers.
Could you post the link....

There are different ones depending on the pipe diameter.

My leo uses a 50mm cone, gpr has 3 sizes, and there are some other options too.

Prices vary from 11 to 75 euro depending on what/where you get it, or make it.

Here is an example:

I emailed SC who replied 'Unfortunately CR-T is fully racing and does not allow installation of any kind of db-killer'
Just to be sure I understand properly you're suggesting that the DB killer fits into the link pipe? At the intersection between the Muffler and the pipe?

With a mesh cone inserted in the link pipe pointed direction engine, when the surface area is correct, you should have no impact to power while slightly reducing noise output and droning.

Depending on how you want to use words, it's not a db killer in the sense that it goes in the link pipe and not the muffler, its more of a exhaust link pipe cone insert...

Hi Moe,
Unfortunatley we've been locked down for the last several weeks so the bike has been gathering dust. The battery died so I just fitted a new lithium one and saved a couple of KG... Impression not changed much. It looks fantastic - especially after watching Moto2 and seeing similar pipes, but it is very loud. I've just ordered a lathe for my work so will perhaps make my own DB killer in the new year.

Thanks :) good info.

I think I will pass on the SC silencer and go for a decat only, maybe with an Akra if one comes up cheap enough!

I was looking at the Titanium SC the other day on Bad Winners web pages, Definitely one of the best looking exhausts I have seen, 1100e with a power commander and other bits, BUT the full race noise is putting me off, there kit also included the cat removal link pipe, and frame to remount the cat side panels, IMO a desirable feature, tidies up the belly area nicely, so at the moment Im on hold, I don't want to wake the dead and attract the police at every turn...
augerment, If you find a solution to tone down some, please share :)
PS, I like the changes you have done to your bike with the grafix an stuff, well done, Its great to see ppl doing stuff...
