Remove slipper clutch?

I don't know how the slipper clutch works. But I wonder, if there is a way to make it work like a normal clutch? When I attempt to clutch kick it like a dirt bike, I get the gross scooter whine. I just want instant lock on clutch release. Any solutions for this?

The slipper clutch "slip" is very close to the point of sliding out the tires on pavement at higher speeds

Thread 'Ramp Wear' https://hqvadventure.com/forum/threads/ramp-wear.393/

As you can see from the pics I posted previously, there are three ramps - when downshifting hard at higher speeds the wheel/transmission will put back torque on the clutch causing it to move up the ramps, releasing pressure from the clutch plates.

As you can see, the ramps are steep - so its not disengaging unless your hard on it, like dropping from 5th to 3rd before slowing down, or doing other stuff which may cause a crash on non slipper clutch bikes. (otherwise you would be able to push the bike while in gear - if you can do that you should check your lever play)

So, I dont think the clutch is your issue, maybe the engine wasnt spinning fast enough for the auto compression release to do what it does?
