Rear Wheel Assembly

Hey everyone, noob here. I recently got my first flat tire (only 200 miles on the bike 😡) and am now in the process of reinstalling the rear wheel. I got everything cleaned up and thought I had all my bits and pieces well organized, but I have what appears to be a third spacer and I don't know where its home is. I've gone through the manual and have been staring at this diagram of the rear wheel assembly and have about driven myself mad. In the picture, I have the left and right spacers in the back and the spacer in question is the silver one up front. Any advice and direction would be greatly appreciated. This has definitely been a learning experience as I'm not the most mechanically inclined person. Hopefully I can make it farther than 200 miles before needing to replace another tire. Thanks again.

The list accompanying the diagram shows three spacers, parts 5, 24 and 27.

It looks like the top left spacer in your photo is 27 as it has no flange. That leaves 5 and 24.

I had a look at my bike and there is very little to see from behind as they are all tucked inside and not obvious. However, on the right side there is a visible spacer between the wheel and the brake caliper mount. but it is black, not silver. That suggests it's your top right spacer and is #5.

That leaves your silver spacer to be #24 but it's inside the sprocket carrier #29 and can't be seen when mounted. It looks like it carries bearing #25. If you have pushed the bearing into the sprocket carrier already, that might be why you can't find where the spacer goes.

The diagram, even on their site, it not very clear and so this is more process of elimination than accurate observation.

I kept looking at that damn sprocket carrier in the diagram and wondering. You're right, the diagram is lacking in detail. I tried searching for images of the parts but came up short. Plenty of videos on YouTube of people removing and installing rear wheels of other bikes to include KTMs, but only a couple of our fabulous Huskies. Thanks for looking into this and for your reply. Gonna take a look at it again tomorrow.
