I'm definitely getting one as soon as I can get compatibility sorted out. On top of the exhaust issue which is easy enough to solve mine is a Svartpilen of course so I also need to look into clip ons so I don't have clearance issues with that front fairing. Swapping to the Vit ones means about $350 in top clamp and miscellaneous parts as well as taking apart the tree which I'd really like to not do if I can avoid it. I'm hoping that a 2 piece clip on system can help me avoid that and maybe even come in a bit cheaper than the OEM components. I've got the exhaust coming and I've been talking to a few different bar manufacturers to try and establish what would work best for my application.

Your work looks really good! I have one comment, in MHO, fairing can look nosey if they protrude beyond the front axel. If you had an imaginary line going straight up from the front axel, is as far forward as a headlight or fairing should go.

It cost 1750$, beautiful work but dosent fit 20/21/22 years because of the exhaust and well a little over priced.

We have been working on this as a sort of pandemic side "projekt" Stared 3D modeling the parts and then 3D printing them. Test fitting and adjusting which takes a long time when certain parts can take days to print. After the fitment was sorted all of the parts needed to be sanded and surfaced and then molds needed to be made which are in progress currently. After Molds the final mounting brackets can be finalized and then the Pre Orders can start!

I love your work, amazing I was searching all over internet reference for aero kit, i have asked the same in recently on this forum. can I get that 3d file aero kit ? If you like to share.
I never imaged someone with make aero kit custom made. So how was your experience?

Thank you! We are working on making the installation process easy so anyone can do it. the headlight will be moved forward with a provided metal bracket that will also support the fairing.

I am not sure what you mean by a single seat option, could you provide some more detail? maybe a simple drawing

a low profile (and one piece seat) like the one the picture is showing, many svart/vitpilen 401 and owners would like to have one
