Hi Guys. First Post for me. I live in Mexico City and here the Husqvarna 401 does not come with the Adjustable front forks. Any ideas?
thank you

Gino

Yes, the problem is that here in Mexico City, they sell you the bike full price without the front adjustable suspension. If i want to chege the internals i will have to spend another 500 us for the upgrade. Strange ways to do business. Anyone has changed the internals? I did it on my R nine T 2016, that was the first model that came out, and the front suspension was bad. any ideas for the 401?
THANK YOU FOR YOUR REPLY

I think there was another owner from Central or Sth America who found the same. It appears they don't have the adjustable forks for that whole market.

My 2019 didnt have adjustable front and it need adjustable for me to enjoy it everytime I rode (the f*** out of) it.

My opinion - leave the front alone and buy a better rear shock.
Or - leave both alone and use the same cash for a floating front brake and motocross chains with aluminum sprocket. (You will feel it more... 🤯🤯🤯)

Hello, I just joined the forum and got my 2022 SP401 today. My first call to the dealer this morning was "where the hell are my fork adjusters?"
He told me that in Mexico they don't have them.
So, other than Gino05 in Mexico, does anybody else have this problem?
I wonder what settings they are preset to? One of the attractions of getting this bike was that I drive on cobblestones a lot.
Gino05, let me know what you do about it. I'm in San Miguel de Allende.

My 2019 had no adjusters.
I did a lot of cobblestones, and light off road / all season riding, the lack of adjusters was never an issue.

When it really doesnt work for you there is always the option to use different springs, and different fork oil.

Most important is the preload in the rear, and making the chain with enough slack.

2022 in Alberta, Canada—I can say at least for the Canadian market they're there. I haven't done anything with them yet.
