Hi All,
My first post, I have recently purchased a 2018 Vitpilen 701, pictured below.
It is a one owner bike, traveled 6400kms, with all the recall work done, and with quite a few additional spares and accessories, notably:
To register it where I live (Melbourne, Australia) I had to refit the original muffler, standard rear mudguard, and the original indicators, but otherwise it passed and is now back on the road!

I actually prefer the look of the standard indicators so I will be keeping them installed, but have removed the standard rear mudguard and installed the Leo Vance muffler.
My plans for this bike are as follows:
If there are any other suggestions, I would love to hear!

- Leo Vance muffler
- Motogadget mo.blaze pin front indicators
- Motogadget mo.blaze ice rear indicators
- Motogadget mo.view spy mirrors
- MNNTHBX fender eliminator
- Complete new genuine set of replacement plastics panels (Easy color change!)
- All the removed original parts

My plans for this bike are as follows:
- Kev's O2 and adjustable fueling module (Purchased already)
- Change mirrors to CRG Hindsight Lanesplitters (Motogadgets are a bit too small) (Purchased already)
- Remove rear foot peg hangers and replace right hand bracket for muffler (Purchased an Evotech Exhaust Hanger)
- Remove carbon canister
- Remove SAS system and make new blanking plate
- Change to lithium battery (Purchased an LFPZ14-S SSB)
- Possibly remove the CAT, but I have heard mixed reviews regarding the mid-range power loss without the back pressure
- Paint the spare plastics for quick color changes, though I cannot figure out what color I would like!
If there are any other suggestions, I would love to hear!
