New Rage Cycles LED Front Turn Signals

I took the risk and installed the 701 new rage signals on the front and rear of my svart 401. These are not plug and play, you will need to cut the connectors off the oem lights if you want to use the plugs. You will also need to add a new flasher relay to eliminate the hyperflash.

It is bright enough to see. Compared to stock I can't say in the daylight as the oem is a bulb and this is diffused light into a white abs block. I would say that what you see on youtube for any of the new rage lights is good example of what to expect.

I will add that the light is viewable from in front and behind the light which adds extra visibility compared to the oems which are only viewable from the in front of the bulb.

Hi nomnomrider, what relay did you end up using? Looking at New Rage's website did you just order two pairs of the front indicators? Any chance you can do a write up on the install process?

@UnfriendlyMoose hope this helps.

I bought this relay https://www.amazon.com/Kinstecks-Fl...ay+motorcycle+kinstecks&qid=1636055538&sr=8-5

I followed the steps in this video

General steps outside of what the video shows.
I just cut and spliced the original wiring to make it work with the new lights.
The old relay comes with a jumper wire that changes the connector ends.
Remove the short jumper and the blue plug on the bike will fit the new flasher relay.
You will need to move the relay wires as per the video.
You can also pull the rubber boot the old relay and fit it to the new relay and put the new relay back into the same spot as shown in my pics.

Thank you so much nomnomrider! Do you purchase two sets of the New Rage Front indicators for front and back?

Super late to this but just installed front and rear, connectors have changed over the years I guess because they were not plug and play, not a huge deal but now I do have a check engine light. Going to see if driving for a bit will make it go away.
